摘要
在总结了国内外文献中气相缓蚀剂缓蚀性能评价方法的基础上,提出了一种密闭空间定量评价方法,并对试验条件进行了优化,得到的最佳试验条件为:试验温度为60℃;循环周期为加热8h静置16h,24h为一个循环;试验周期为1d;溶液为含NaHCO3,Na2SO4,NaCl的质量浓度分别为1g/L的电解质溶液60mL。对单组分气相缓蚀剂和复配气相缓蚀剂采用密闭空间定量评价方法进行了定量评价和验证,发现总趋势与废止的部颁92年标准结果类似,说明这种评价法能为高效、快速、定量评价气相缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能提供新的思路。
A confined space quantitative evaluation method of vapor phase corrosion inhibitors was put forward based on summarization of foreign and domestic literature on vapor phase corrosion inhibitors evaluation. The test conditions of the method were optimized through experiments. The results showed that the best experimental conditions are as follows: the experimental temperature is 60 ~C ; the cycle period is 8 h heating and 16 h staying; and the experimental time is one day(24 h). In the experiment, 60 mL electrolyte solution with the same 1 g/L mass fraction of NaHCO3, Na2504 and NaC1 was used. This quantitative evaluation method was verified by test on one component corrosion inhihitors and available compound corrosion inhibitors. The purpose was to provide reference for vapor phase corrosion inhihitors evaluation.
