Slc25a15基因与机体代谢的研究进展

摘要 线粒体运载家族成员Slc25a15承担着向线粒体内转运鸟氨酸的重要任务,直接调控尿素循环。Slc25a15基因的异常表达与HHH综合征直接相关,并严重影响线粒体代谢、肝脏代谢、能量代谢等。本文主要探讨Slc25a15基因表达缺陷对机体代谢的影响。 Mitochondrial carrier family (MCF) is much essential for the function of mitochondria. Slc25a15, a member of MCF, transports ornithine into mitochondria and regulates the process of urea cycle. It is reported that abnormal expression of Slc25a15 is directly associated with hyperornithinemia-hyperammonemia-homocitrullinuria syndrome (HHH syndrome), and the expression of Slc25a15 can affect mitochondrial metabolism, liver metabolism, energy metabolism and so on. This review discusses the relationship between abnormal expression of Slc25a15 and the body metabolic disorders.
