摘要
目的分析内蒙古锡林郭勒盟地区一起水痘暴发疫情的病原基因型。方法采集5例患者样本进行核酸提取,采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增水痘-带状疱疹病毒开放阅读框22(ORF22),将PCR产物进行测序,与Genebank公布的水痘病毒序列比对判定水痘-带状疱疹病毒及其基因型。结果 PCR产物电泳,在约550 bp处出现单一条带。3份阳性样本基因序列均符合水痘-带状疱疹病毒基因型J型特点。结论导致锡林郭勒盟地区水痘暴发的水痘-带状疱疹病毒属于J基因型。
Objective To analyze the genotype of the pathogen of an outbreak of varicella in Xilinguolemeng. Methods Five specimens were collected from the patients with varicella. Nucleic acid was extracted. The open reading frame 22 （ORF22） of varicella- zoster virus was amplified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The PCR products were sequenced and the sequences were aligned with the sequences of varicella - zoster virus published in Genebank to determine the nature and geno-type of the virus. Results A single band of about 550bp was found in the agar gel electrophoresis of the PCR products. Gene sequences of three positive specimens were in line with the characteristics of varicella - zcster virus genotype J. Conclusions The outbreak of varicella in Xilinguolemeng was caused by J - type varicella - zoster virus.
