生态水工学在引黄工程城区段的应用 被引量:2

Application of the Eco-Hydraulic Engineering Philosophy in Urban Section of Yellow River Diversion Project

摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,人们对引黄工程的城区水利工程建设提出了更高的要求。把生态水工学的理念与引黄工程特殊性相结合,参照水流挟沙理论提出了兼顾生态、景观、工程的的6点具体措施:建立良性自然的水循环系统、采用微弯曲直相间的河道平面、应用窄槽宽滩的复式水利断面、打造可参与性的亲水界面、设计柔性的结构性护岸以及营造丰富多样的生物群落。这些措施将更好地实现人与自然的和谐相处,保证社会经济的可持续发展。 Higher requirements were put forward in urban water conservancy projects construction in the Yellow River Diversion Project with the accelerated process of urbanization.Taking the ecological,landscape,engineering into account,six specific measures had been proposed based on sediment transport theory.They included the establishment of a benign natural water circulation system,using micro bending merits and white river plane,construction of the narrow width duplex water section of beach,creating a participatory hydrophilic interface,the design of flexible structural revetment and construction a rich and diverse biological community.All these measures will better achieve the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and ensure the sustainable development of social economy.
