摘要
石河子市属于干旱区绿洲城市,水资源已经成为影响和制约全市经济与社会可持续发展的一个瓶颈。选取水资源利用率、产水模数等10个指标,应用模糊综合评判法对石河子市2002~2009年水资源承载力进行了评价研究。结果表明,石河子市水资源开发利用已经达到相当规模,在现有经济技术条件下,水资源承载潜力已相对较小,水资源供需矛盾开始显现。提出应加强水资源的综合管理,以便科学、合理地利用有限的水资源。
Shihezi city belongs to oasis city in arid areas as water resources have become the bottleneck that affected and restricted economic and social sustainable development of the city.10 indexes such as utilization rate of water resources and water production module were selected to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity by adopting the fuzzy comprehensive estimation in Shihezi city from 2002 to 2009.The results showed that the current water exploitation and utilization had reached a relative considerable scale in Shihezi.There was only a very limited water carrying capacity under the present technical and economic conditions,and the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has prominent.It is necessary to strengthen water resources integrated management in order to utilize water resources scientifically and reasonably in Shihezi.
