摘要
工业化、城市化快速推进带来的农地非农化及其引发的诸多问题成为20世纪90年代以来国内学术界的一个研究热点,中国特殊的土地制度使得农地非农化过程收益分配更是社会各界关注的焦点。重点从农地非农化过程中土地收益增值机理、农地非农化土地增值收益分配理论依据、农地非农化土地收益分配存在的问题3个方面对该领域已有的研究进行了分类阐述,并总结了最新的研究进展。在此基础上提出中国农业非农化增值收益分配的研究趋向为农地非农化收益分配理论研究、在耕农民利益补偿机制研究及农地非农化收益分配与城乡统筹。
Land revenue distribution in China during the process of rural-urban land conversion has caught extensive attention due to the rapid industrialization and urbanization since 1990s.Previous researches were discussed from 3 aspects,the mechanism of land revenue increment during the process of rural-urban land conversion,the summary of distribution theory of land revenue,and the existing and potential problems in land revenue distribution.On the basis of summarizing the existing study of land revenue distribution system,3 potential research topics were proposed by issue-oriented methodology,including land revenue distribution theory study,subsidies for peasants who protected cultivated land,and land revenue distribution and unified rural-urban development.
