摘要
从降低烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)焦油含量的必要性和可行性入手,系统介绍了国内外在烟草富钾低焦油种质资源的筛选与利用、焦油与钾、烟碱的关系研究及烟草钾高效基因型资源挖掘等相关育种研究进展,简要分析了农业降焦存在的问题,提出了烟草富钾低焦油育种工作的发展方向。
The necessity and feasibility of reducing tar content in tobacco were discussed.Then it was introduced in detail that the progress on selection and application of potassium-enriched and low tar tobacco germplasm resources,the relation between tar and potassium,tar and nicotine and utilization of potassium efficient tobacco genotypes and so on.Meanwhile,issues about reducing tar content in tobacco by agricultural methods were analyzed.In the end,it was discussed that the development direction on breeding of potassium-enriched and low tar tobacco.
