摘要
从开花期茄子的根内分离到对茄子黄萎病菌具有强烈抑制活性的拮抗菌株Bacillus subtilis QZ-7,其抑菌带宽达26.60mm。定殖试验表明,QZ-7菌株能有效定殖于茄子根内,并能在茄子根际存活并保持较高菌量。对茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长影响试验表明,该菌株可促进种子萌发,并具有明显促进茎伸长生长的作用。室内盆栽试验表明,单个菌株对茄子黄萎病的防效可达86%,且持效期较长。这些结果表明,QZ-7具有进一步研究开发的价值。
Eggplant Verticicilliurn wilt is a soil-borne disease which can result in serious yield loss.No germicide has good effects on this disease.However,cultivation of disease -resistant varieties haven't got success up to now.The biocontrol strategy to protect eggplant from Verticicilliurn wilt was stuied.Bacillus subtilis QZ-7 was isolated against Verticicilliurn wilt from eggplant in flowering period.The inhibition zone of QZ-7 agaisnt eggplant Verticicilliurn wilt pathogenic bacteria reached 26.60mm.The results of colonization showed that strain QZ-7 could effectively colonize in root of the eggplant and its rhizosphere.On the other hand,strain QZ-7 could promote the germination and growth of eggplant seed,as well as the growth of stem.The indoor pot experiment indicated that strain QZ-7 could efficiently control Verticicilliurn wilt(> 86%).This results showed that strain QZ-7 had potential value for further research.
