摘要
运用生态足迹的方法从供给的角度测算了退耕还林还草工程对陕西吴起县农户户均生态承载力的影响,测算结果表明:退耕还林之前吴起县户均生态承载力为2.57 hm2,退耕之后户均生态承载力为3.62 hm2,上升了1.05 hm2;由耕地、林地、草地组成的户均生态承载力供给结构发生了变化,由退耕还林前的27.01∶1.01∶1变为退耕还林后的4.82∶13.93∶1,说明退耕还林工程对吴起生态经济的容纳能力有所增加,生态供给结构趋于优化。对耕地、林地、草地因子进行生态承载力敏感性分析结果表明:林地因子是影响退耕还林之后户均生态承载力的主要因子。最后,对进一步提升吴起县户均生态承载力的方法进行了探索。
The article analyzed the impact of the China's Grain for Green Project operated in the Wuqi prefecture on the regional farmer's ecological carrying capacity. The result which was calculated from the angle of supply by the way of ecological footprint indicated the farmers ecological carrying capacity was increased from 2.57 hm^2 to 3.62 hm^2 and the increment was 1.05 hm^2. In addition, the proportion about the structure of the farmers' ecological carrying capacity which was constituted by farmland, forestland and grassland was changed from 27.01: 1.01: 1 to 4. 82: 13.93: 1. From which we can see the capacity of the Wuqi prefecture's ecological economy was increased and the structure was opti- mized. Finally, the sensitivity analysis about the farmland factor, forestland factor and grassland factor explained the forestland factor was the major factor which affected the farmers' ecological carrying capacity. And on that basis, it was significance to searching the methods to improve the farmers' ecological carrying capacity in Wuqi prefecture.
