摘要
目的观察碘普罗胺的过敏反应,并对典型病例进行分析。方法 3 240例患者使用碘普罗胺行CTA检查。结果发生过敏反应15例,不良反应发生率为0.46%。结论非离子造影剂药物用药前的过敏试验、预防性用药有待考察,为避免碘普罗胺过敏反应导致严重的不良后果,应密切观察,及时处理。
Objective To observe the hypersensitivity of iopromide and to analyze its typical cases. Methods 3 240 pa- tients used iopromide CTA inspection. Results Allergic reaction was observed in 15 cases and the adverse reaction rate was 0.46%. Conclusion The allergy test of non - ionic contrast agents before injection and the preventive drug use should be deter- mined. The hypersensitivity of iopromide should be monitored closely and handled in time to avoid serious consequences.
