摘要
目的建立复方连芩双层缓释药膜的制备方法及其质量控制方法。方法以高分子缓释材料PVA17-18及CMC-Na为成膜载体,采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄连、黄柏、黄芩苷等进行定性鉴别,采用紫外分光光度法测定其中阿昔洛韦的含量。结果阿昔洛韦在2.0~15.0μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.36%(RSD=1.08%)。结论该膜剂制备方法简单,质量可靠。
Objective To establish a preparation and quality control method for compound Lianqin Double Sustained - re- lease Membrane. Methods PVA17 - 18 and CMC - Na were used as membrane carrier. The coptis chinensis franeh,amur eorktree bark and bicalin were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of aeielovir was determined by UV - spectrophotometry. Results The linear range of aciclovir was 2.0 - 15.0 μg .mL^-1 and the average recovery was 98.36% ( RSD = 1.08% ). Conclusion This method was simple, and the quality of membrane was reliable.
