摘要
随着人口老龄化高峰期的到来,解决了农民的养老问题就是解决了我国农村经济发展和社会稳定的问题,对于构建和谐家庭、和谐农村、和谐社会具有重要而深远的意义。从我国国情和农村特点出发,应该立足于不同地区农村现有的经济发展水平,建立社会养老、集体养老和家庭养老等多种养老方式相互补充的、能适应不同地区、不同人群的多层次农村养老保障体系。
With the coming peak of an aging population, to solve the problem of supporting the elderly in the rural areas is to solve the problem of economic development and social security in the rural areas in China. Considering the circumstances in China and the characteristics of its rural areas, various elderly care schemes can be established to complement one another. Social pension scheme, collective pension scheme, and family support can be established based on the current economic development levels of the rural areas in different regions, so that a multi - level rural pension system will be established to meet the needs of different groups in different regions.
