摘要
目的观察康艾注射液联合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的临床效果及对患者生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法将80例中晚期恶性肿瘤根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予单纯化疗;观察组在化疗基础上加用康艾注射液。2个周期后观察两组的临床疗效、QOL评分及毒副反应。结果两组客观缓解率(RR)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组疾病控制率(DCR)较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后QOL评分较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃肠道反应、血液毒性、肝功能损害及周围神经毒性等毒副反应的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康艾注射液联合化疗中晚期恶性肿瘤能提高远期疗效,增强机体免疫力,减轻化疗毒副作用,提高患者QOL,延长生存期。
Objective To observe clinical effect and quality of life （QOL） of Kang＇ai injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of late-stage malignant tumors. Methods 80 patients with late-stage malignant tumors were divided into therapy group and control group according to the treatment methods （n = 40）, patients in control group treated with chemotherapy only while therapy group were with Kang＇ai injection combined with chemotherapy treatment. The clinical effect, quality of life （QOL） score and the adverse reaction of the two groups were compared after treatment for 2 cycles. Results The difference of objective remission rate （RR） in two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 0.05 0.05 the disease control rates （DCR） in therapy group was significantly improved than that of control group （P 〈 quality of life score in therapy group after treatment was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 the gastrointestinal tract reaction, hematotoxicity, liver function lesion, nerve damage and toxic incidence in therapy group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kang＇ai injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of late-stage malignant tumors can improve prostecdtive efficacy, enhance immunity, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, improve the patients＇ quality of life and prolong the survival time.
