燃烧法制备Na_5Eu(MoO_4)_4红色荧光粉

Red Phosphor Na_5Eu(MoO_4)_4 Prepared by the Combustion Method

摘要 采用燃烧法制备Na5Eu(MoO4)4红色荧光粉,并通过XRD,TEM研究了粉体的结构和形貌特征.与文献报道的高温固相法合成的粉体相比,在紫外激发波长395 nm下,发出极强的红光同时显示出合适的色度坐标为(x=0.673,y=0.327),因此它可被应用于近紫外InGaN基白光LED芯片. Red phosphor NasEu( MoO4 )4 was prepared by the combustion method, and its morphology and structure were measured by the X- ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). Its photo -luminescent properties were investigated and compared with that prepared by the high temperature solid state reaction method. The samples prepared by the combustion method show the intense red light emission under 395nm excitation with the appropriate CIE chromaticity coordinates (x = 0. 673, y = 0. 327 ) ; therefore it can be applicable to near UV InGaN chip -based white light -emitting diodes.
