摘要
针对原有工装不能适应日益增大的罐体尺寸规格的问题,在原有工装的基础上进行了一系列的改造,使之能够适应多种罐体的尺寸规格。介绍了工装改造方案及改造后工装的使用与调整方法,改造后的工装由原来只适应单一尺寸规格的罐体变为能够适应多个尺寸规格的罐体,且调整操作简单快捷,提高了生产效率,具有较强的实用性和可操作性,为同类型产品进行工装设计提供了参考。
With increasing tank size, the original tooling can not adapt to the new tank sizes, after a series of improvement in the original tooling so that it can adapt to a variety of tank sizes, as well as the use of tooling after the reform and adjustment method. The processing procedure was simple and can improve the producing efficiency, practically and flexibly, refering reference to the similar product design.
