摘要
电脑横机的选针控制是整个电脑横机控制系统的关键 ,选针不准确 ,不仅会使编织的花型错乱 ,还可能引起机构的误动作而损坏机械结构。文中在设计和实验的基础上 ,分析了电脑横机选针控制中的选针提前量和选针保持量产生的原因 ,并给出了此两量的确定方法 。
The control of needle selection is the heart of the whole control system on computerized flat knitting machine. With an unprecise selection, not only the pattern knitted may be disordered, but also a damage of mechanical construction caused by erroneous mechanism action may be resulted. Reasons for bringing about advanced and retained quantity of needle selection in the needle selection control on this machine is analysed on the basis of design and experiments. Method for the determination of the above two quantities is given, which can be used for reference in the modification of needle selection system on computerized flat knitting machine.
