摘要
目的分析崇明社区健康教育效果,探求适应崇明社区具体特点的健康教育策略方法通过抽样确定受访对象并进行问卷调查。结果社区健康教育工作的开展有效地提升了受访居民核心健康知识的知晓率,其健康相关行为的形成率与该行为生命危害性成正比,受访居民对社区健康教育各类活动的参与率均在60%以上。结论根据新情况、新特点,转变目前的社区健康教育工作模式,应着力于提升健康相关行为的形成率以及增强社区健康教育活动的可持续性。
OBJECTIVE To analysis the effectiveness of community health education in Chongming and explore the strategy of community health education so that adapt to the local concrete characteristics.METHODS To determine interviewee by the samplingand take questionnaire survey.RESULTS The development of community health education increased effectively the awareness of core health knowledge,the formation rate of health related behavior was proportional to its life harmfulness,the residents’ participation rates were above 60%.CONCLUSION According to the new situation and new characteristics,we should change the current work mode of community health education.We should make great efforts to improve the formation rate of health related behavior and enhance the sustainability of community health education activities.
