DC03冷轧钢带储液罐旋压收口加工掉渣分析

摘要 用柳钢产DC03冷轧低碳钢带加工成储液罐时,在旋转挤压缩径(收口)过程中出现掉渣的原因:在旋转挤压缩径(收口)过程中由应力产生裂纹后,由蠕变导致裂纹扩展形成掉渣。对DC03冷轧低碳钢带的生产工艺和加工成储液罐的工艺提出改进建议。 When DCO3 cold-rolled low carbon strip was being processed into a reservoir, the chipping dropping during bottling by spinning was occurred: the cracks were caused by stress during bottling, and then creep led to the extension of cracks for chipping dropping. The suggestion was put forward to improve the production process of DCO3 cold-rolled low carbon strip and the machining process for reservoir.
