摘要
在计划资金约束的条件下除了考虑投资方案的投资以及运营成本的经济效益最大化外，还应考虑了投资方案的对社会的影响、可靠性成本，并依此建立相应的数学模型，然后采用遗传算法对建立的模型进行求解，最后简述了其方法在实例中的应用。
Under the condition that budget constraints was in view, and the economic benefit maximization of investment and operation cost, the social influence of investment priorities and the cost of reliability were also taken into account, and then the corresponding mathematical model was established. Solved this model by genetic algorithm, at last the way applied to an example was expounded.
