摘要
滑雪旅游不仅可以加快地区之间的文化交流,带动相关产业的发展,更有利于促进社会和谐,提高人们的思想境界。从黑龙江省滑雪旅游业现状出发,以滑雪旅游业可持续发展为目的,分析影响旅游业发展的影响因素,旨在客观分析目前存在的问题,为引导黑龙江省滑雪旅游业走上可持续发展提供参考。研究得出:影响黑龙江省滑雪旅游业的第一主因子是场馆资源因子,其次是经营理念与模式因子,第三是人力资源管理因子。我们需要加强改造,形成黑龙江省滑雪旅游亮点与特色,通过管理方式和经营理念的革新,提高人力资源的使用价值,充分利用政策优势,打造核心竞争力。
Skiing tourism not only can accelerate the cultural exchange among different regions, drive the development of relevant industries, but also can be more conducive to social harmony, advance the people＇s ideological level. Starting at the current situation of skiing tourism in Heilongjiang province, with the pur- pose of its sustainable development, the paper analyzes the related influencing factors, which aims at having an objective analysis on existing problems as a reference of guiding Heilongjiang skiing tourism into sustain- able development. It thinks that the first factor is the resources of stadium and gymnasium, the second factor is the management idea and mode, the third factor is human resource management. So, it needs to enhance the reform to shape the bright spot and unique feature of Heilongjiang skiing tourism, to improve the use val- ue of human resource management by renovating the management idea and mode, to make the core competi- tiveness by taking advantage of policy.
