摘要
为促进新疆冰雪运动的发展,提高我国冰雪运动项目的综合实力,加快新疆冰雪运动的发展速度,缩小新疆与黑龙江冰雪运动发展的差距,实现西北和东北地区"两翼齐飞",共同推动我国冰雪运动发展,运用文献资料法对新疆和黑龙江冰雪运动发展特征、自然条件、政府重视程度、场地设施、后备人才、群众基础进行了对比分析和研究,提出加强政府重视程度、加大冬季体育场馆及场地建设力度、提高后备人才质量、科学化管理和加强科研力量等对策,旨在找出新疆冰雪运动发展模式,为相关管理部门实施政策提供有力依据。
In order to advance the development of Xinjiang ice - snow sports, improve the comprehensive strength of Chinese ice - snow sports, lessen the difference between Xinjiang and Heilongjiang to together develop the ice - snow sports in both the northwest and the northeast for jointly driving Chinese ice - snow sports, with the method of documental information, the paper has a comparative analysis on development fea- tures, natural conditions, governmental attention, infrastructures, reserved talents and mass base. In order to find out the development mode of Xinjiang ice - snow sports, it suggests enhancing the governmental at- tention, strengthening the development of winter sports infrastructures, improving the quality of reserved tal- ents, having scientific management and reinforcing the research power, which may be as a reference for re- lated administrative departments to have policy implementation.
