摘要
研究了显色剂偶氮氯膦Ⅲ与锶的显色反应。实验表明,在pH 2.9的H3PO4溶液中,锶与偶氮氯膦Ⅲ反应形成蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长为660nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.67×104 L.mol-1.cm-1。在选定的最佳实验条件下,锶量在0.04~1.6mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,方法检出限为0.04μg/mL。方法以EDTA-Mn溶液掩蔽铁后,用于锶硅铁合金中锶的测定,测得结果与原子吸收光谱法一致,相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.5%~2.2%,加标回收率为98%~102%。
The color reaction of chromogenic reagent chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ and strontium was investi- gated. The experiments showed that in H3PO4 solution at pH 2.9, strontium reacted with chloro- phosphonazo Ⅲ to form a blue complex which exhibited an maximum absorption wavelength at 660 nm with apparent molar absorptivity of 2.67×10^4 L.mol-1.cm-1. Under the optimum experimental conditions, Beefs law was obeyed in the range of 0.04-1.6 mg/L for strontium, and the detection lim- it was 0.04 μg/mL. After iron was masked by EDTA-Mn solution, this method was used for the de- termination of strontium in strontium-bearing ferrosilicon samples. The results were in accordance with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry, the relative standard deviations (n=5) were 1.5%-2.2%, and the recoveries were 98%-102%.
