摘要
本文以青岛市为例,在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对FDI与技术进步的关系进行了分析,探讨了青岛市利用外资促进本地技术进步中存在的问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
This paper introduces FDI and technology progress theory, recent studies. Secondly, this article analysis the cur- rent situation of FDI and technology progress in Qingdao city and make empirical analyses. Lastly, conclusions and policy im- plications have also been made finally.
