摘要
农村支付服务环境建设是全面缩小城乡金融发展差距、加快农村经济社会发展的核心基础。人民银行济南分行坚持市场培育和政策强力推进双轮驱动的建设思路,在充分尊重市场规律和市场需求的基础上,加快农村现代支付系统建设,创新金融服务终端模式,完善服务终端功能,提高服务终端交易量和使用效率,有力推动了全省农村支付服务环境建设工作进展,使山东成为全国第一个在全省范围内消除金融服务空白村的省份。
Payment service environment construction in rural area is the vital basis to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and fasten rural economy development. PBC Jinan Branches, considering the market discipline and market de- mand, adhere to the idea which combines market cultivation and policy promotion, improve the modem rural payment system construction, and innovates terminal model of financial service. In this way, the rural payment construction is greatly promot- ed and make Shandong Province the first province to provide financial service provincial wide in China.
