摘要
用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、金相及电子显微镜(SEM)研究了添加微量稀土元素Tb对Fe60.5-xPt39.5Tbx(x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)合金的组织结构与性能的影响。结果表明,添加了稀土Tb的FePt合金有序无序两相共存的温度范围为600~800℃,且稀土Tb含量的增加提高了该合金从FCT向FCC的转变温度;低温退火态比高温快淬态得到更高的磁性能是发生了交换耦合所致。稀土Tb的加入可使合金的综合性能得到改善和提高。
The influence of Tb doping on microstructures and magnetic properties of magnets mate- rials Fe60.5-xPt39.5Tbx(x=0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) were investigated by XRD, SEM and VSM. It was found that the temperature of the coexistance of order and disorder phases transformation of FePt alloy was ensured on 600-800℃, and Tb doping increased the transformation temperature from FCT to FCC. Besides, low temperature annealing could acquire higher magnetic properties than high temperature quenching for the reason of exchange coupling. The conclusion was that Tb dop- ing could improve and enhance much properties of alloy.
