介绍了西气东输二线输气管道中使用的Allen-Bradley系列PLC系统应用的情况,详述了Allen-Bradley系列PLC在西气东输二线管道系统的运行环境、支持的通信协议、系统通讯连接的方法,列出了西气东输二线管道站场的主要功能及根据其站场功能进行程序编写的方法,分析了Allen-Bradley系列PLC各方面的优点与不足,给出了Allen-Bradley系列PLC在西气东输运行维护中的注意事项和易发故障等,提高了西气东输的自动化控制技术水平和管理水平。
This paper introduces the operation of the Allen-Bradley PLC system in West-East Pipeline. To introduced the operation, the communication protocol, the connection of communication system in Allen-Bradley PLC system in West-East Pipeline. Listed the possible functions of stations in West-East Pipeline and methods of program complilation. Analysed on the advantages and disadvantages of the Allen-Bradley PLC system. Approaches to optimize the Allen-Bradley PLC system in West-East Pipeline. Improved the level of the automation and management.
