摘要
在落实责任制整体护理的基础上,探索优质护理质量控制方法,从制度建设、组织建设、规范岗位管理、落实全面质控、完善考核方法等方面,介绍了优质护理质控的主要做法。
On the basis of implementing the responsibility system of holistic nursing, the study explored the quality control meth- ods of quality care from aspects of institution building, organization building, standard position management, implementation of a com- prehensive quality control, and improvement of the assessment methods. It also described the main approaches of the high - quality nursing quality control in hospital.
