摘要
通过对相关文件和技术规定的详细解读,结合工作实际,对从2010年开始的电线积冰观测发报业务调整中出现的概念模糊、判断不清以及编发报等几个应注意的具体问题进行了分析和探讨,对不同情况下电线积冰的观测、记录、编报提出了自己的见解,得出了相对统一的观测和发报标准,解决了相关疑难问题,对稳定提高气象台站冬季气象观测基础业务质量具有十分重要的指导意义。
Based on the detailed explanation of the related documentation and technical require ments, integrated the actual work, the paper analyzed and discussed the specific problems such as the concept fuzzy, judgment unclear and editing and transmitting report which occurred in the wire icing ob servation telegraph business adjustment since 2010. The paper proposed own opinion on observation, re cording and editing report of wire icing under different conditions, and concluded the relative uniform ob servation and messaging standard, and solved the difficult problems, which has very important guiding significance to improve steadily winter meteorological observation service quality of meteorological station.
