摘要
当前我国事业单位人力资源激励过程中仍存在着许多问题,如激励意识不强、激励针对性不足、激励缺乏可靠的依据、薪酬激励不到位等,激励效果有待进一步提升。针对我国事业单位面临的新形势、新情况,事业单位自身只有从单位持续健康发展的长远利益出发,正确认识激励的作用,加大单位人才激励机制建设力度;改善人力资源管理其他工作,为奖励工作的开展提供科学合理依据;提高激励的针对性,满足职工需求,才能真正地提升我国事业单位人力资源激励的效果。
The current human resources of our institutions encourage the process, there are still many shortcomings and problems, such as motivation, lack of awareness, lack of incentives targeted to inspire a lack of reliable basis for incentive compensation is not in place, the incentive effect to be further improved. China's current institutions are facing new situations, new circumstances, institutions only from the unit itself sustained and healthy development of long-term interests, a correct understanding of the role of incentives, incentives to increase efforts in building unit personnel ;other work to improve human resource management, in order to reward scientific work carried out to provide a reasonable basis;improve incentives targeted to meet the needs of workers, etc. in order to truly improve our human resources and institutions encouraging results.
