摘要
目的:观察穴位按摩对糖尿病性周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的DPN患者60例,随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组予穴位按摩治疗;对照组口服弥可保(甲钴胺)治疗。对患者的症状、神经传导速度及波幅进行观察。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为63.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的糖尿病神经系统症状改善明显,对神经传导速度及波幅有明显的改善作用。治疗过程中未见明显的不良反应。结论:穴位按摩可明显提高DPN临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on treating DPN by point massage. Methods： 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, treatment group was treated by massage therapy; control group was treated with methylcobalamin （Methylcobalamin）. Symptoms, nerve conduction velocity and amplitude were observed. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3%, and the total effective rate of control group was 63.3%, the effect of treatment group was better （P〈0.05）. Diabetes patients treated with neurological symptoms improved significantly, and significant improvements in nerve conduction velocity and amplitude. The course of treatment has no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Massage can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of DPN.
