摘要
目的探讨应用锚钉系统治疗髌骨下极撕脱骨折的手术方法及治疗效果。方法采用锚钉系统治疗髌骨下极骨折15例,均使用锚钉系统编织骨折块。结果术后12周15例骨折全部愈合,骨折均未移位,术后8月进行疗效评定,优12例,良3例。结论应用锚钉系统治疗髌骨下极骨折方法简单,固定牢靠,效果良好。
Objective To investigate the anchors for the treatment of fractures of the inferior pole of the patella. Methods Anchors for the treatment of inferior pole of patella fracture in 15 cases. Anchor systems are woven using the fracture fragments. Results All patients were 12 weeks after fracture healing, fracture displacement does not appear. After 8 months the functions of knee joint were evaluated, 12 patients were excellent, 3 were good. Conclusions Anchor system for treatment of inferior pole of the patella fracture is simple, stable fixation with good results.
