摘要
通过制配高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件,在不同浓度的硫酸盐溶液中进行长龄期的侵蚀试验,并和掺粉煤灰普通水泥胶砂试件进行对比侵蚀实验。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)观测分析试件微观特征。结果表明,在充分考虑侵蚀时间效应的情况下,高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件难以抵抗高浓度的硫酸盐侵蚀,也难以抵抗较低浓度硫酸盐的长期侵蚀;高抗硫酸盐硅酸盐水泥胶砂试件与掺粉煤灰的普通水泥胶砂试件的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力存在显著差异。
This study was conducted to use high sulfate-resistant cement mortar specimens for errosion test of sulfate solution with different concentrations for a long time. The contrast test was carried out be- tween the former speciment and fly ash content protland cement mortar specimen,observing and analyzing the microcharacteristics of the specimen by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersion spectrum (EDS). The results indicated that under the conditions of fully considering time effect of eros- sion,high sulfate-resistant cement mortar specimen can't resist the erossion of high concentrations of sul- fate,also hardly resist the erossion of sulfate with low concentration for a long time. There is a significant differences of resisting sulfate errosion between high sulfate-resistant cement mortar specimen and fly ash content portland cement mortar specimen.
