摘要
采用高温固相合成法制备了LiFePO4正极材料,取出一部分样品用蒸馏水浸泡96h,并对其进行了结构表征和电化学性能测试。在2.5~4.5V区间,C/10倍率充放电测试表明,蒸馏水浸泡的LiFePO4和未经蒸馏水浸泡的LiFePO4首次放电比容量分别为131.8mAh/g和140mAh/g,20次循环后,容量分别为96mAh/g和117mAh/g。交流阻抗测试结果表明,经蒸馏水浸泡过的LiFePO4材料电池阻抗明显变大。
LIB cathode material of LiFePO4 prepared by solid state reaction is characterized by XRD, IR, constant current charge-discharge after soaking in water for 96 h. The water soaking LiFePO4 shows a discharge capacity of 131.8 mAh/g, between 2. 554.5 V at C/10, which is slightly lower than that of untreated LiFePO4 (140 mAh/g). After 20 cycles, the capacities of water soaking LiFePO4 and untreated LiFePO4 are 96 mAh/g and 117 mAh/g,respectively. The EIS measurment shows a obvious resistant increase for water soaking LiFePO4.
