摘要
对电喷发动机正常运转期间常见故障的产生原因进行了详细分析,例如进气管回火、排气管放炮、爆震及加速不良等现象,并采用故障树分析方法列举了进气管回火发生时的一般故障诊断程序,帮助维修人员方便、快捷地找出故障部位并排除故障。
In this paper, the reasons of common faults of the EFI engine during normal operation are analyzed in detail, such as intake manifold backfire, blasting exhaust knock and poor acceleration, and also general fault diagnosis procedures of which the intake manifold backfire occurs are list with the faults tree. The purpose is to help maintenance personnel easy and fast to identify the fault location and solve them.
