摘要
目的:探索在焦虑障碍教学中由教师模拟标准化病人(Teachers Simulate Standardized Patients,简称TSSP)教学模式的可行性。方法:评估医学生对焦虑障碍的掌握程度和问诊技巧,问卷反馈教学效果。结果:(1)广泛性焦虑症、惊恐障碍和强迫障碍的诊断正确性较高;(2)肢体与语言的运用、解释、澄清等问诊技巧掌握较好;(3)实习生认可TSSP的教学模式。结论:TSSP的教学模式可以应用于焦虑障碍的教学。
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of the teachers simulating standardized patients (TSSP) in anxiety disorders teaching. Meth- ods: The master degree of the anxiety disorders and intenogation techniques in clinical medical students were evaluated after the TSSP in the anxiety disorders teaching, and through the questionnaire to feedback teaching effect. Results: 1. There are higher correctness in the di^osis of generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and ohsessive-corapulsive disorder; 2. Students have a good command of the interrogation, such as using body language, interpretation and clarification skills; 3. Students approve the teaching model of the TSSP in the anxiety disonters teaching. Conclusion: The teachin model of the TSSP can be recommended in the teaching of anxiety disorders.
