上海松江污泥好氧发酵工程案例介绍 被引量:4

Engineering Case for Sludge Treatment by Aerobic Fermentation in Shanghai Songjiang District

摘要 上海松江污泥处理工程日处理脱水污泥120 t,采用CTB智能控制污泥好氧发酵工艺,好氧发酵周期为22 d。发酵系统的设备运行基于温度、氧气和臭气浓度的自动在线监测,实现了智能化自动控制。为减少臭气污染,车间设置了臭气浓度监测设备,且混料系统和发酵系统均设置了臭气收集和处理系统,实现了臭气的全方位控制。运行结果表明,本工程实现了脱水污泥的减量化和无害化处理目标,发酵产品质量满足《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置园林绿化用泥质》(GB/T23486—2009)标准。 The CTB composting process was used in a sludge treatment plant in Shanghai Songjiang district. The treatment capacity of dewatered sludge was 120 t/d, and the aerobic fermentation cycle was 22 d. The intelligent automatic control of composting fermentation was achieved by joint feedback control of temperature, oxygen and odor concentration during the fermentation. In order to reduce odor pollution, odor monitoring probes and waste gas collecting pipes were installed in materials mixing workshop and fermentation workshop. Waste gas was treated by bio-filters. The quality of composting products met the standards of Disposal of Sludge from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant: Quality of Sludge Used in Gardens or Parks ( GB/T 23486 - 2009).
