摘要
在文献回顾基础上,本文围绕知识产权产业研究了如下三个问题(:1)知识产权产业的定义(;2)知识产权产业与知识产权产品、文化创意产业的关系(;3)知识产权产业的战略内涵。
Based on literature review, this paper presented and discussed the definition of Intellectual Property Industry. The following questions were considered： （1） What＇s the definition of How Intellectual Property Industry？ （2） The relation- ship among Intellectual Property Product, Cultural and Creative Industry, and Intellectual Property Industry. （3） The strategic features of Intellectual Property Industry.
