摘要
社会保障制度得以有效实施与经济支持能力是息息相关的。本文运用SPSS18.0软件,在测算出保费负担、农民个人的投保能力和政府的财政支持能力三个方面的基础上,对江西省新型农村养老保险的经济支持能力进行综合的、概括的、相对静态的分析。本文认为只要对养老金基金进行有效的管理和投资,政府加强对制度的宣传,鼓励农民参保,随着经济的发展以及养老保险制度的完善,江西省新农保制度的全覆盖这一目标必定会实现。
Implementing one social security system effectively is closely related to the economic support capability. This paper measures the premium burden of the new rural society endowment insurance, economic support ability of individuals and the governments by utilizing SPSS 18.0. Based on the three aspects, this paper make a comprehensive, general and relatively-static analysis. With the development of the economics and making a more perfect system, as long as we take effective management and investment of the endowment insurance fund and give more publicity to the new system to encourage more and more peasant taking out it, this paper believes all peasantin Jiangxi will participate in new rural society endowment insurance in the future.
