本文以维多利亚州为例,概括、分析了澳大利亚融合教育的法律、政策框架和发展趋势,分析了维多利亚州以"教和学"为核心的服务体系、"一体化"的融合教育服务模式和跨学科的专业服务模式,讨论了融合教育发展与普通教育体系变革之间的深刻联系。
This article, based on a case analysis of Victoria, Australia, reviews the legal and policy frame- works of inclusive education in Australia, analyzes the service system centered on "teaching and learning" in the state of Victoria, the integrated service model and the interdisciplinary service team model, and discusses the close connection between the development of inclusive education and the reform of general education.
