摘要
论文论述了社区图书馆建设的模式及建议,阐明了加快社区图书馆建设,实现可持续发展,是政府整体民生战略的有效构成,应以政府为主导,动员社会各方力量参与建设社区图书馆。
This paper discusses the community library construction pattern and suggestions, explains that accelerating the construction of community library and achieving sustainable development are the effective components of whole livelihood strategy of government. It suggests that we should take the government as the leadership, and mobilize all social forces to participate in the construction of community library.
