摘要
论文提出《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法(送审稿)》存在的问题有以下几方面:用语及表述上欠缺准确性,文本结构有疏漏及混乱之处,一些内容显得空泛、原则性太强,对其他国家图书馆法规借鉴不足。
This paper points out that the problems in The Pubic Library Law of the People＇s Republic of China （draft for examination） are the flowing： lack of accuracy of terms and language expression; the neglect and confusion in the text structure; the vague and too principled content and the insufficient reference from other countries＇ library regulations.
