腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠子宫破裂18例临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术(LM)后妊娠子宫破裂的原因、临床特点、诊治及预防。方法对18例腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠子宫破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术后妊娠子宫破裂的发生率为1.57%,其中不完全性破裂13例,完全性破裂5例。10例行次全子宫切除术,2例行子宫切除术,6例行子宫破裂修补术,阴道裂伤修补术2例;发生产后出血5例。18例孕产妇均治愈出院,新生儿胎死宫内10例,存活8例,存活率为44.44%。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术后瘢痕愈合不良是妊娠子宫破裂的重要原因;及时发现、早期诊断、尽早手术是子宫破裂抢救成功的关键。
