手术治疗多节段颈椎间盘突出41例

摘要 目的探讨手术治疗多节段颈椎间盘突出的效果。方法选择41例多节段颈椎间盘突出患者,其中累及椎间隙2～3个23例,行前路椎间盘摘除术和椎体次全切除术;累及椎间隙4个节段5例、累及椎间隙5个节段13例,均行后路单开门椎管成形术。结果 41例患者术后JOA评分为11.5～16.3分,平均15.2分。41例患者获6～12个月随访,优39例,良2例。23例患者行颈椎MRI检查提示颈椎管容积扩大满意,脊髓受压明显缓解,原脊髓高信号影消失,脑脊液恢复流畅。结论对多节段颈椎间盘突出应做出正确的诊断,积极外科干预可取得较好的临床效果。
