摘要
目的探讨粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗对呼吸道变态反应性疾病的疗效和意义。方法将60例呼吸道变应性疾病患者按病因的不同分为哮喘组和过敏性鼻炎组,每组30例。2组均给予粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗,1年为1个疗程。另选择30例无鼻炎、哮喘及其他过敏性疾病的正常人为对照组。治疗1年后采用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组静脉血中IL-2、IL-6水平,对各组血中IL-2及IL-6水平的变化进行比较。结果经过1个疗程治疗后哮喘组、过敏性鼻炎组血清IL-2水平较治疗前显著增高、血清IL-6的水平较治疗前显著降低(均P<0.05)。但哮喘组、过敏性鼻炎组治疗后血清IL-2均低于对照组、血清IL-6均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗可以有效地调整失衡的Th1/Th2免疫应答,使机体Th1/Th2细胞免疫趋于平衡。
Objective To study the clinical effect of sublingual desensitization with dermatophagoides farinae drops on respiratory allergic disease.Methods Sixty patients with respiratory allergic disease were divided into asthma group and allergic rhinitis group,with 30 patients in each group.All the patients received sublingual desensitization with dermatophagoides farinae drops for 1 year.In addition,30 healthy subjects without rhinitis,asthma or other allergic diseases were selected as the control group.The levels of blood IL-2 and IL-6 were detected by ELISA after treatment for 1 year.Results Serum IL-2 levels obviously increased while IL-6 levels obviously decreased after treatment for 1 year in patients with respiratory allergic disease（P 〈0.05）.Compared with control group,IL-2 levels significantly decreased but IL-6 levels significantly increased after treatment in patients with respiratory allergic disease（P 〈0.05）.Conclusi on Sublingual desensitization with dermatophag oides farinae drops can effectively adjust the imbalance of Th1/Th2 immune responses and contribute to Th1/ Th2 balance of cellular immune responses.
