摘要
构建了管理者执行力对公司绩效影响的结构模型,对收集到的211份有效问卷运用验证性因子分析法,经过模型修正后,得出该结构模型对样本数据的整体拟合程度比较理想,得出的结论为:创新能力对任务绩效呈显著正相关影响,而对关系绩效不存在显著影响;督导能力以关系绩效为中介对任务绩效产生显著正相关影响;计划能力对任务绩效和关系绩效均呈显著正相关影响;领悟能力对任务绩效呈显著正相关影响,而对关系绩效不存在显著影响;指挥能力以关系绩效为中介对任务绩效产生显著正相关影响。这些结论为提高管理者执行力以及公司绩效提供了理论依据。
The paper has built structural model of effect on enterprises performance of managers' executive ability. The effective questionnaires of 211 copies have been collected to use confirmatory factor analysis method, it is more ideal for the structural model fitting sample data after the model amendment. The study shows that innovation ability has significant positive impact on task performance, and it does not have significant impact on contextual performance. Steering ability has no significant effect on task performance and has significant positive effect on contextual performance, and thus have significant positive impact on task performance. Planning skills have significant positive effect contextual performance and task performance. Perceived capacity has significant positive effect on task performance, and does not have significant impact on contextual performance. Commanding ability has no significant effect on task performance and has significant positive effect on contextual performance, and thus have significant positive impact on task performance. These conclusions provide theoretical basis for enhancing managers' executive ability and company performance.
