摘要 总结了集束化管理策略在基层医院病区药房麻醉药品管理中的作用。集束化管理策略包括:建立病房麻醉药品管理质量控制小组;制定麻醉药品管理质量标准,完善管理流程;加强入库管理,保证库存药品数量准确,质量安全;严格执行"五专"管理;落实空安瓿、透皮贴剂回收和定期销毁制度;规范麻醉药品的使用;加强业务培训,提高管理水平;定期督查,建立长效监管机制;通过以上集束化管理策略,提高了麻醉药品管理质量。
