摘要
目的观察芪参益气滴丸对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的作用和安全性。方法 129例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为芪参益气滴丸试验组(64例)和对照组(65例)。6周后进行心功能疗效、超声心动图指标观察,并评估其安全性。结果心功能疗效试验组显效率和总有效率分别为57.8%和79.7%,对照组分别为33.8%和73.8%,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。超声心动图指标:2组LVEF、FS、SV和CO与试验组较治疗前均升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),试验组LVEF优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭疗效确切,无明显不良反应。
Objective Observation of Shenqi Yiqi Drop Pill on coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure and the role of safety.Methods In 129 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into experimental group Shenqi Yiqi Drop Pill（64 cases） and control group（65 cases）.6 weeks after heart function effect,ultrasonic heartbeat graph parameters was observed,and the assessment of its safety.Results Heart function efficacy trials group significant effective rate and total effective rate were 57.8% and 79.7%,the control group were 33.8% and 73.8%,the test group is better than that of control group（P 0.05）.Ultrasonic heartbeat graph index： 2 groups of LVEF,FS,SV and CO and the test group were higher than that before treatment（P 0.05,P 0.01）,LVEF test group was better than the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Shenqi Yiqi Drop Pill in treatment of coronary heart disease and chronic heart failure curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction.
