本文描述了北京城市夜景照明的现状，提出了北京城市夜景照明总体规划的基本框架。北京城市夜景照明的目标是逐步建成具有较高文化内涵和艺术价值、具有明显北京特点的世界一流城市夜景照明体系。
This article describes the current status of night illumination in Beijing,gives the basic scheme of the illumination plan. The purpose is to establish a world leading illumination system,with its own unique character,so as to present and add cultural and artistic value to Beijing's beauty.
