摘要
针对一起220 kV隔离开关支柱绝缘子断裂的事故,进行绝缘子现场试验和分析,从提高瓷绝缘子质量和加强运行维护管理2方面提出了预防支柱绝缘子断裂事故的建议。分析结果表明:绝缘子的断裂是由于其抗弯强度不足和未按照工艺要求涂抹沥青层等原因引起的。
Aiming at the accident of post porcelain insulator rupture in 220 kV isolating switch,made the field test and analysis,From technology and management aspects puts forward to prevent the suggestions of post porcelain insulator rupture.The analysis result shows that insulator rupture is caused by its bending strength insufficient and not according to technology request to lay on the bitu menlayer.
