多层螺旋CT三维成像在骨折中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT三维成像在骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:对20例骨折患者进行CT容积扫描,进行各种重建。结果:多层面重建(MPR)较好的显示骨折冠状、矢状及任意斜面的图像,表面遮盖显示(SSD),保留兴趣区。容积重建技术(VRT)清楚显示周围结构立体关系。结论:多层螺旋CT-VRT后处理成像能清楚、立体、直观、多方位显示骨折损伤,为临床提供更多的信息。
